About ESCO

Energy Services of Colorado (ESCO), was founded in 2004 with a group of people whose combined industry experience in controls and mechanical systems exceeds 120 years.

The primary market for our products and services is to address the Commercial Office retrofit market. New Construction would be considered for existing clients.

Two locations were set up. One on the Front Range addressing clients from the Wyoming border down to Pueblo. The other location was on the Western Slope covering most mountain communities from Steamboat Springs to Vail to Telluride to Grand Junction.

The experience of our team is mostly based in the proprietary Control Systems of the past where, once a system was installed, the client was tied to the installing vendor until his system needed to be replaced. ESCO’s approach was to offer “Open” products and systems to it’s clients, so that if the client became unhappy, they could not only purchase the equipment elsewhere but could also find alternative companies to service the equipment.

A natural progression for ESCO is to add Mechanical Service and Retrofit to the product and service offerings. Many of our clients have difficulty in distinguishing the separation between mechanical and control service requirements. Having one entity perform both functions makes problem solving much easier.

The ESCO team is also well versed in energy saving products and services. This allows us to promote Energy Services as an integral part of what we offer.

ESCO continues to follow the same basic market approach as it did when it was founded.. You will not find a team this deep in knowledge and experience.
