Customers that are under contract with ESCO will also enjoy a preferred customer status which entitles them to priority service during times of need and discounted pricing on labor and materials.

Preventative Maintenance Coverage
- Service includes all labor and material cost required to perform scheduled maintenance inspections, test, and preventative maintenance listed on a detailed task sheet for each piece of equipment.
- Includes a discounted labor rate on regular and emergency service calls.
- Includes preferential response on all service calls.
Full Labor Coverage
- Service includes all labor and material cost required to perform scheduled maintenance checks, test, and preventative maintenance listed on a detailed task sheet for each piece of equipment.
- Includes the cost of all labor required to repair maintainable components of equipment that is not working properly.
- Includes a discounted labor rate on regular, and emergency service calls
- Includes preferential response on all service calls.
